What is your refund policy?
We will gladly offer a refund on purchases (excluding delivery charges) only if;- The product is returned within 30 days of purchase or as per the product description
- You return the product in original condition, unworn and with tags attached
- You can supply proof of purchase (copy of purchase order with order number clearly stated)
- Sale items, however, are final sale and are unable to be returned for change of mind.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the supplied address as we have different suppliers.
To claim a refund, please return your item(s) with your name, order number and a brief explanation of the problem.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will generally arrive 1-10 business days after they’ve been dispatched depending on the destination. Delivery times may be subject to stock availability and public holidays.
The estimated delivery time frames are:
- For customers in VIC, approximately 3-8 working days;
- For customers in NSW, SA, ACT and QLD approximately 5-10 working days;
- For customers in NT, WA and TAS, approximately 7-14 working days.
